Other tenant is a 29yo LGBT male that is very quiet and clean. Please be respectful, clean, and productive. Only willing to accommodate one person, due to space constraints.

Must have references and pass background check. Proof of income (or financial support). Pets considered on a case by case basis.

Flexible lease length. Must be willing to sign lease, and submit to background check (understanding of pasts). First, last, and security to reserve.
