So, you can stroll down to the beach in under a minute during the day, or at night for beautiful walks under the stars!

Each bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, and there is a high-end pull-out in the living room, so it is able to sleep 6. Perfect to host friends and family! Each bedroom and the living room has a smart TV for entertainment when you're winding down from a day enjoying the pristine beach, and a variety of board games and cards if you prefer a tech-free night.

The property has a beautifully designed backyard with outdoor furniture and cafe lights. The kitchen has everything you need to bring together the family for a home-cooked meal. The bathroom features a large shower with a dual rainfall shower head and hand-shower.

Within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. Really an A+ location! Minutes from the historical downtown of the oldest city in the US!

Asking $3200 per month with high-speed internet included. Water, electric, must be registered to your name and usually run $150 total per month (depending on usage). Driveway parking included, and EV charger available for fees. Pets considered on case-by-case basis.

Available Jan 1! We are flexible on length of stays, so just let me know what dates you are looking for! Come enjoy our slice of paradise!!
