Access to celebration areas for private parties, public pool always warm enough, private island and play ground for walks, private marina, awesome sunsets, year round weather, close to hospitals, beaches and town and best of all friendly staff!"

"I love this area. It is only 5 1/2 miles from Ft. Myers Beach, 10 miles from Sanibel, and 1 mile from the river. There is also a boat ramp and dock in the community. It is bike and pedestrian friendly. It has a lake with walking trail around it. It is also a quite neighborhood. It is close to shopping and restaurants as well. I love, love, love this area."

"This area is close to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva Islands. Many restaurants, shopping, theatres, hospital, post office, houses of worship, card clubs, workout centers close by. 10 minutes to beaches via auto. 5 minute walk to River. Growing area, new homes being built. "
