"I love this area. It is only 5 1/2 miles from Ft. Myers Beach, 10 miles from Sanibel, and 1 mile from the river. There is also a boat ramp and dock in the community. It is bike and pedestrian friendly. It has a lake with walking trail around it. It is also a quite neighborhood. It is close to shopping and restaurants as well. I love, love, love this area."

"This area is close to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel/Captiva Islands. Many restaurants, shopping, theatres, hospital, post office, houses of worship, card clubs, workout centers close by. 10 minutes to beaches via auto. 5 minute walk to River. Growing area, new homes being built. "
