Other utilities such as Elec/Gas paid for by tenant. brand new water heater just installed. Washer and (gas)Dryer hookups in garage. Pets are ok on a case by case basis but will be an additional fee per pet depending on type/size of pet. New sinks + faucets throughout, new recessed led lighting throughout. All carpets are relatively new and have been professionally cleaned throughout residence. 1 year lease minimum. $2795 Security Deposit due at acceptance, 1st months rent due at move in.
