Not all pets may be considered, and certain breed restrictions for homeowners' insurance may apply, so please ask ahead if you would like us to check on your pet ahead of applying or if you have any questions regarding this, as your application may be denied on pet/s if not approved for consideration in advance. Thank you. An additional security deposit amount of $500 per pet will be required IF accepted.

Landscaper included with rent, but overall oversight and responsibility of the landscaper and landscaping maintenance, weed abatement, and proper irrigation of all will be tenant/s responsibility.

Appliances Included are: Electric Stove Top, Electric Oven, & Dishwasher. Refrigerator can and will be supplied if so desired and upon request; otherwise the tenant is welcome to supply their own refrigerator. Washer and Dryer hookups are located in the garage; dryer hookup can be either natural gas or electric; tenant will need to supply their own washer and dryer units.

Utilities Not Included, which will be the tenant's responsibility, are: Water through FPUD, Gas and Electric through SDG&E, and Trash Service through Fallbrook Refuse EDCO Service.

Any questions regarding utilities, please ask before applying. It is the applicants' or tenants' responsibility to satisfy themselves with all questions and clarifications they may have or need before proceeding.

This home has Central Heating Only, and is on Septic. Please note that any stoppages or clogs will be the tenant's responsibility during the lease. Be careful what goes down all drains.

Please note that plumbing fixtures were replaced around 2003. Mold in the kitchen was discovered and was professionally remediated, and all repairs were professionally done in 10/2015; no further issues or mold have been reported or discovered since.
