    "Super lovely up-scale neighborhood. Traffic moves a bit slowly during rush hour , but manageable. Easy access to Hwy 36 which leads easily to the belt loop of the twin cities-/ 494 to 695 . Close to MiA airport, university hospitals and shopping. Nice place to live. "

    "Lots of families, walking trails, good for kids and dogs. Quiet neighbors and nice homes, well kept and decorated at the holidays. Trick or treating is safe and well attended. Some of the schools are okay but I would go private if you can afford it. "
