About this House

This is a small two bedroom apartment on the third floor. There are washer dryer hook ups. Or for additional 100 per month rent a washer and dryer combo unit can be installed and included. The utilities tend to run about $100 per month according to the current Tenant the location is right downtown one block from the bus stop two blocks from the Commons approximately a mile and a half from Ithaca College or Cornell but the walk is all uphill so you'd likely take a bus, or have a car. Parking is on the street, which is typically plentiful. There's currently a tenant in there who had lived there for many years. They were the first tenant to ever live in the apartment so once it's cleaned, it will be restored to a like new state. It's available on September 1 and due to the short notice of needing to rent it I've reduced the rent for the first year by a significant margin in hopes of ensuring that I get a Tenant quickly

It will be an 11 month lease ending on August 1 of next year with the option to renew

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
