365 square foot master suite with private bath including a garden tub, private entrance, and large walk in closet. Private room has access to shared kitchen, living room, laundry room, and large back patio including a built in fire pit for enjoying under the stars. All Utilities are included with high speed wifi internet available for use. Your private suite includes a comfortable bamboo queen bed with a cotton antimicrobial and allergen mattress protector, fresh bedding, and pillows. In addition to a comfortable bed you will also have a comfortable love seat, 32" smart TV, desk area with a wifi access point, a mini kitchenette that includes a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot with a built in grinder, and a large closet with dresser space, iron and board, and plenty of hangers for all your clothes. The room is also dressed with blackout curtains for day sleepers which can be opened to let lots of natural light in if you prefer. The common spaces (living room, kitchen, laundry room, and yard) are shared with one other tenant that rents the other two rooms and bathroom in the house. The other tenant is our adult son and works full time for Yavapai Regional Medical Center as a phone operator. There is one friendly dog (smaller husky) that lives on the property. Because of this, pets are not allowed unless otherwise approved and additional pet deposits would be required. Please reach out to us if you would like to inquire about renting with a pet. The property is located in the Prescott Golf and Country Club (PCC).

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI went to school here back in twenty eighteen, and I can tell you that everything they taught me did not set me up to succeed in the world we are in today. One of the things they always told us is if you go to college, you will be able to get a job and succeed, what they didn't prepare me for was that not happening, they didn't prepare me for the emotional trauma. I would go through having thousands of dollars of debt over my head and the inability to work in the field that I got a degree. And they don't really tell you about the other options. There are. I didn't know that there's places you can go to for apprenticeships, I didn't know that there's jobs that are more lucrative outside of a college degree. If I did, I wouldn't have gone close to $40000 in debt for a degree that I probably won't be able to use in my lifetime. I really wish I could say something better about the school. 5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school really fell off. The two years I attended this school were horrible, students who destroy school property for fun and love to get violent. The principle had to make multiple announcements in the beginning of the year on fighting and its consequences. With that they "banned" self defense, meaning if a student got into a fight then the victim couldn't protect themselves. Teachers were great and really connected with students but many of them are leaving as of 2025. I really hope this school gets better. And once on a 504 plan, the school still kept writing him up instead of finding the true source of the problem.
