"We live in a beautiful part of Rancho San Diego, some very nice people with a good handful of good hearted folks too. Safe and friendly for children with great schools. Many worried however if Cottonwood golf course becomes a walk way and new homes come in. It will definitely disturb this environment in many ways."

"This is an older, quiet neighborhood in the hills east of El Cajon and just up the hill from the Dehesa Valley. Singing Trails is a � mile long culdesac so traffic is light. It is a safe neighborhood with an active neighborhood watch. Road is paved and on a county maintenance plan. Good grade, middle and high schools nearby. One of the best churches in the county 3 miles away (Shadow Mountain Community Church). Many neighbors have avocados or orange trees. Natural gas line available. Fire department less than a mile away. Good views from hilltop homes. Most lots are 1 acre + with trees providing privacy."

We found it by accident just driving around...followed a car into the beautiful hidden hilltop gated community and drove in and found it just beautiful and maintained like disneyland!! We love the same floorplan as this one offering lots of feATURES WE COULDNT FIND ANYWHERE ELSE.
