Studio and one bedroom apartments for rent are our specialties at Elm Grove. Each quality residence has an all-electric kitchen complete with a dishwasher, microwave, pantry, and refrigerator, as well as walk-in closets that help you stay organized. Select units also include air conditioning to keep you cool and a balcony or patio for fresh air at your leisure.

Rent: $1150
Deposit starts at $500
Resident is responsible for electric and gas.
Liability Insurance: $15 or proof of renters insurance
Admin fee: $10 per month

Pet Policy:
We allow a max of 2 pets per property
$300 one-time pet deposit is due at the time of move in.
$35 monthly pet rent

Rental Qualifications:
Please provide proof of income equal to ~2x the monthly rent amount.
No evictions within the last 5 years
Background and Credit check required
If self-employed, 3 months of income statement is required.
