The teachers are skilled at bringing students back up to and beyond grade level (following COVID's long roadblocks to education). The support staff is attentive and sensitive to the needs of the students. The students love Randolph Heights and its supportive community, which is always pushing them to do their best. "Quick access to major highways. I can usually get to work in about ten minutes, which is great. There is a lot of construction in the area lately on grand and summit, especially a very poor rerouting of a bike lane that is precarious for bikers, drivers, and pedestrians, which is not as great."

"For an inner city neighborhood, it’s so quiet and it has a good home feeling. I thought living my colleges it would be rowdy and a party street, but, I have been here 6 months and not once, not once, have I ever been awakened or shocked with “party school” behavior. "
