Upstairs you will find two additional, generously sized bedrooms, and a full bathroom. New carpets were recently installed upstairs.

Downstairs you will find an enormous, finished walkout basement area and a full bathroom. This is an awesome flex space great for an extra living room, game room, or workout area..or all of the above! Get your popcorn ready and enjoy movie night on the projector!

Off the downstairs living area is an outdoor patio space and hot tub. This home offers an ample parking area with a covered parking space and an additional two-car garage, with plenty of room for extra storage.

Jointly leased, the security deposit is the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. All utilities and lawncare are the responsibility of the tenant. This home is pet friendly for dogs, no cats, please. There is a $300 pet fee and a $30 per month pet rent per animal.
