About this House

This apartment is two stories. There is a huge front porch and a two story back porch. The rooms are large with lots of windows. Upstairs rooms have hardwood floors and downstairs rooms are carpeted. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. It has an eat-in kitchen. There are laundry facilities in the building. The house sits on a quiet, woodsy street a five minute walk to Collegetown and a few hundred feet from a very active bus stop. The house is cool in the summer/warm in the winter. Each apartment has its own thermostat and controls its heat. There is free off-street parking next to the house. We are very flexible , available, and willing to help tenants.

    "It is a very easy commute to downtown. Slightly more to the colleges. I consider commutes under 15 minutes to be easy though. I know Ithacans complain about traffic at the “octopus”, but that’s only because most of them have never seen traffic."

    "I've lived in the area for 13 years. I've lived in Northeast Ithaca specifically for 5 years. Northeast Ithaca is very competitive as far as buying a home. The people are great and Northeast Elementary including the Ithaca City School District is beyond amazing. Northeast Ithaca is close to Cornell University. There are many reasons why homes in in Northeast Ithaca are in high demand."
