This is a 1 floor 2bed/2bath + den house. The master bedroom suite boasts a king size bed, marble side tables, a TV, a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed while the den can be used as a home office or a 3rd bedroom thanks to a trundle bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped to cook delicious gourmet meals.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Wood porcelain tile all over, no carpet to be allergic to.
A garage space is at your disposal.

Owner pays for utilities + internet (cable not included).
Tenant pays for check-out cleaning ($250) and HOA application ($200).
Deposit: $1,000 for short term; 1 month rent for annual.
Dogs are accepted on a case by case basis with a $150 pet fee. No cat, sorry.
