About this House

This is a 4 month ski lease in the desireable Tahoe Donner neighborhood of Truckee. January through April 2026. House has 4 bedrooms with four queen sized beds. The house has been updated with new appliances, countertops, paint, etc. We pay for snow removal. We are looking for one or two families to rent the house for this period only. We will consider a small hypo allergenic dog. Maximum number of guests at a time of 8. Conveniently located just off I 80 with close proximity to skiing and restaurants, etc.
Trout Creek recreation center is an amenity within Tahoe Donner which has a use fee access. Ideal property for two families wanting to share a lease. We are open to dates.

This term is for four months beginning in January and running through the end of April. It is possible that it can include most of December, however, it is rented for one weekend in December.

Owner pays for snow removal, renter is responsible for trash removal, electricity, water, and gas. Renter can either contract with utilities, or bill is shared with renter monthly and paid upon receipt.
