Enter the home via a few steps up to the main entrance. Enter through a separated mud room area to the great room space. The open concept great room offers high vaulted ceilings, new furnishings, a flat screen tv with streaming options, a wood stove, engineered hardwood floors, a breakfast bar for three, and dining for six. The compact and efficient kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and new appliances. Two bedrooms are located on the main living floor and share a bath. Both are situated at the back of the home - a full/twin bunk room with twin trundle and a queen bedroom. They share a full bath with a bathtub/shower combo. Rounding out the main living space is a laundry room off the mud room and two sliding glass doors leading to a sunny front deck.

Journey up the stairs to the second floor loft and master bedroom. The loft offers a queen size pull out. The master bedroom is furnished with king size comforts and a dedicated workspace. The master bath is outfitted with a bathtub shower combo.

A one car garage with storage is available for your use.

We love this part of Tahoe Donner! Just a quick 5 minute walk to the Northstar clubhouse and a 1 mile drive to the Trout Creek Recreation Center, where guests can enjoy a snow play area for the kids, a year-round pool, gym, and fitness classes for a $20 all-access day pass (kids 6 and under are free). you'll be in the heart of Tahoe Donner and the Truckee/North Lake Tahoe area. All major North Tahoe ski resorts are 20 minutes away, and Truckee downtown is a 10 minute drive.
