"Active 55+ adults will love Kings Point Community, with 2 golf courses, 2 community restaurants, 1200 seat theatre, 50 social clubs, including woodshop and ceramics and much more."
  • dawndonovan
"I like Kings Point but be careful of the section you buy into. Some areas are noisy but as far as keeping it clean and well groomed I think it is wonderful. Lots of things to do if you want to and the bus service will get you to things you want to get to such as food shopping etc. I really feel safe here and like it although will be glad when the snowbirds leave. The town changes when they are here and NOT for the better....same where you live...people here temporarily are pretty rude because they are on vacation pretty much. Yup, I will be glad when they leave...especially the renters. NO pets allowed except service animals....or so they say. Assigned parking...movies, theater...immaculate swimming pools, shopping all around us yet when you come into the gate you leave it behind which is nice. Most units are old and need to be updated for sure including mine. I have NO buyers regret here and feel very much at home already and very happy."
