There is one neighbor across the street and one across an undeveloped street. NO PETS are permitted and no smokers/vape on the property. There is a decent driveway to park your vehicle and other outdoor toys and an outdoor electrical outlet as well. A newer 10 x 12 storage shed with double doors for storing lawn and snow equipment will be available for your use. This property offers the best of rural living with just a few neighbors. Near Old Hwy 71, Chop House Restaurant, the Blue Ox Trail, the OP and Public Lake Access. 1 Mile to Turtle River Lake. Property is on Well Water and Septic. Newer FAU heater operates on propane as well as a newer Air Conditioning Unit (A/C) June 2022. Our family stays here during the summer months and we do improvements when we are there. Tenant shall pay all utilities, trash pick up, mowing, plowing, yard maintenance. Fireplace is decorative. NO PETS AND NO SMOKING PERMITTED on the property. Applicant to pay cost of $40 credit report fee directly to credit reporting company. This is a seasonal rental, no pets, no smokers and good credit and references.
