This building is so spectacular that the city of Long Beach deemed it one of our city's historic buildings! This lower unit opens into a stunning dining room w/ cross-beam ceilings and leaded glass fronted cabinets. The living room also has cross-beam ceilings, a mock-fireplace, a built-in bookcase, original lamps, and a huge guest closet. There are tons of cabinets in the kitchen. The two bedrooms are adjoined with bifold doors. There is a laundry room with washer/dryer. Pets are allowed under 25 lbs (monthly fee). Tandem parking space available for $250/mo. Internet available for $55 per month.
