Spacious 1 bedroom/1 bath unit. Unit located on ground floor. Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Wood and tile flooring throughout. Granite countertops. Tenant to verify sq footage. Single covered garage with storage shelves and separate laundry area (shared). Please do not disturb current tenants.

Valid driver's license or other government- issued photo ID. Must provide a SSN or TIN. Gross income must be at least 3x monthly rent unless able to demonstrate creditworthiness via other means.

If accepted, security deposit is due within 48 hours and first month's rent is due prior to move-in.
