Up to 2 dogs ( 60 lbs) are allowed, no cats are allowed inside the home. Up to 2 horses are allowed to be kept on the property. Up to 6 poultry are allowed to be kept in the existing coop.

12 month rental duration. Rent includes quarterly pest prevention treatments. Upkeep and maintenance of fencing and livestock enclosures will be the responsibility of the renters. Any permanent changes desired must be approved by the property owners first. Electric and high-speed fiber internet is connected and the responsibility of the renter. Lease requires renters insurance, references, and background check.
