It’s a real slum. But just a few blocks away, houses are newer and much nicer. That area would be much more desirable."

The place has a lot of growing to do but good people live here and good people are moving in the neighborhood. It seems like the area is up and coming with new restaurants and breweries popping up. On my street there is a strong sense of community and watching out for each other and the result has been low/ non existent violent crime. "
