Looking for a responsible, self-reliant, mature renter who will respect the property, cabin and neighbors. This is a cozy, peaceful cabin in the woods. Available May 18th. Furnished, dry cabin with arctic entry, main living area/full kitchen, upstairs bedroom, second floor deck and outhouse. Propane heating with supplementary electric heater for bedroom.
Wifi capable (tenant hook-up/cost). Propane filled and paid for by tenant, shared electric cost to monthly cap. This cabin is completely dry - water hauled in 5 gallon jugs is tenant responsibility. Laundry and showers in town, gym, work, etc. Tenant responsible for snow removal from drive way (with access to snowblower) and deck as well as all season groundskeeping.
No smokers, no cats. Will consider a well behaved dog with additional pet deposit.

However the choir teacher, science teachers, and gym teachers are amazing.
