About this House

This home has been updated with new vinyl plank flooring. There is a small patio off the dining room. Nice light fixtures. Separate laundry room comes with washer & dryer hookups. The garage is accessed through the kitchen, so it's easy to bring in groceries!

Pets to be considered on a case by case basis. Small dogs (under 25 pounds) or cats must be adult, fixed and friendly. There will be an additional, refundable deposit and monthly fee.

Landlord pays for water, sewer and trash.

We are looking for people with permanent employment (or retired), verifiable gross income of 3x rent or more, excellent credit, and landlord or mortgage history.

Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications. A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application, supporting documentation and paid the fee. We run applications on a first come, first served basis, but only when "complete". There is a $135 lease prep fee. Please check our website for more information on approval criterion.

Walk to QFC/Coastal. Near Carrie Blake park, too.

    "This area is a fairly quiet place to live. The area is far enough away from downtown to not be congested, but close enough to be convenient to all major shopping on Washington ST. There is a local neighborhood park nearby, and although Fifth Ave is used as a shortcut to Sequim AVE, it's manageable. Really, this area is okay for anyone, but they should be open minded for young families and/or families with young children as the area seems to have quite a few."
