This property is located about a block from the MARC transit station and approximately 8 minutes from Ft. Detrick. It is just a short walk to the restaurants and shops in beautiful, historic downtown Frederick. The interior features newer light gray paint and LVP flooring throughout. The property has newer vinyl windows to aid in energy cost reduction. The roof is less than a year old. Additionally, there are newer stainless-steel appliances and a full-sized front-load washer and dryer in the kitchen. The property is well-maintained and boasts ample outdoor space with a fenced-in rear yard. Reserved off-street parking is available in the paved lot at the back. Tenants are responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. The heat source is electric baseboard heaters. Small dogs will be considered with additional fees and pet rent, subject to breed restrictions.
