"Quiet and safe, great schools and location. Close to great shopping and restaurants, but you feel like you are in a private oasis."
  • Trulia User
"Lots of dogs and people walking them (and lots of people walking around), which isn’t bad. The only bad part of (not the neighborhood) but of TE is that most dog owners never have a leash on their dog! It is so dangerous. Often people think, “well my dog loves other dogs! They don’t need a leash.” But what about the OTHER dogs who don’t like unfamiliar dogs running up to them! Think about the dogs that are reactive and the owners who try to prevent incidents by controlling the environment so their dog and everyone around is safe. It’s impossible to control a situation like that. I love this area so much, but really wish people would think about this concern. "
  • Pra M.
"Safe, civil, caring... and generally alert as it is well taken care off during snow and also at all times by a great police team"
  • Corey L. A.

"This is a wonderful, family-centered area. Shops and restaurants within easy walking distance, public transportation (bus, train) available nearby. All homes in this area are maintained very well and have always retained their value. Home is situated in the award-winning Tredyffrin/Easttown school district. HS is rated #5 in the state. This home has been lovingly maintained by the same family since it was built. The outside of the home is completely maintenance free and indoors has been updated including high-end appliances in the granite topped kitchen (sub-zero, thermador, butler's pantry with asko dishwasher and copper sink). Custom cherry cabinets in kitchen and butler's pantry. All baths updated. Master suite includes walk-in closet with system, marble bath. Secondary bath upstairs has 2 sinks, new fixtures. All rooms have been updated. Home includes a generously sized office with vaulted ceiling. Inground pool retiled and resurfaced with cement pool deck. New cover on pool 2013. Custom built shed and pergola. Large pavered patio outside kitchen with gorgeous cedar pergola. Lovely gardens. A wonderful, large home for a growing family!"
