About this House

6 or 12 month lease in this newly remodeled apartment. Heat paid by the owner in this cute 2nd-floor apartment in an 8-plex in downtown Eagle River. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, new vinyl plank flooring, and new paint. Each unit has its own storage closet.

No pets, and no smoking in the unit. Coin-op washer and dryer in building. Gas range, dishwasher, built-in microwave. Tenants pay electricity, all else is paid by the owner. No smoking in the unit.

It is a requirement that all our tenants have "Renters Insurance" with any company you choose. Proof of insurance is due at move-in. Check with your auto insurance company, it usually runs $8-$15 a month.

    "The roads are ROUGH in the winter! People say it’s well maintained, but the road gets VERY narrow, and there is so much snow sometimes the plows won’t get to the side streets until well after 10am. Good luck getting to work! You definitely need 4wd and good winter tires or studs!"
