Shared laundry is located on site and is accessible to all units through the back enclosed hallway. Locked gear storage is available in the freestanding garage. Gated backyard. On-street parking. The tenant is responsible for utilities.

Security deposit equal to 1 month's rent due at signing of the lease agreement. First and last month's rent due on move-in date. Seeking a lease duration of 13-15 months to allow for lease renewal or turnover between May 30-July 31 2025.
Applicants with a single well-behaved pet will be considered with a pet agreement, pet deposit, and monthly pet rent.
No smoking inside premises.

Out of respect for the other tenants, maintaining a respectful, quiet living environment is essential.

Tours may be scheduled beginning February 10th after submitting a qualified application.
