About this House

This house is ideal for families with children and/or pets, with plenty of room for them to run around while still being safe due to the fence surrounding the entire backyard. The home uses well water, Garbage services are provided by Anchor and must be paid separately. The community is beautiful and the neighbors are some of the nicest people I've met, I expect tenants to respect them as most are elderly meaning no loud noises or disturbances that last into the late night. Pet rent will be charged. The tenant is responsible for maintaining the home and the lot, mowing is especially important during the summertime. I expect the tenant to respect me as well, I am not a business or investment fund and do my best to address any issues the tenant may have so in return all I ask is maintenance of the home and that rent be paid on time.
