No appliances are provided EXCEPT dish washer.
NO SMOKING in the house. NO MARIJUANA OR ANY DRUGS USAGE ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
Pets are allowed but a fee of $250 each per month added to rent. Lease is for 1 year then month to month after that. Rent is due on the 1st and late after the 5th. late rent is $25 extra per day. If not paid in full by the 15th eviction papers will be filed.
