A well-lit room with a large closet in a fully-furnished second-floor condo, with a full bathroom right across from your room, which would only be shared with visitors. Shared space includes an open living/dining room with a projector, a full kitchen, and a wraparound balcony. Access to washer and dryer in unit (as well as outside of unit), pool, and on-site as well as street parking. All decorations are mine, but space can be modified as needed. Lots of plants and very clean!

Per HOA, there is no smoking on premises and no pets allowed.
On-time payments and respectful behavior (especially toward neighbors and property) are expected.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
