We are seeking a like-minded professional who would contribute to our community. Someone who is environmentally conscious, willing to compost, reduce their waste, recycle, enjoys chatting with fellow tenants, and is willing to help maintain the communal vibe.
The gas range, range hood, and open-concept living/kitchen space feature original exposed brick walls and ceiling fans. Butcher block countertops, new Ikea cabinets, new floors, deep sink, and modern finishes.
The bathroom has an exhaust fan, lighting, and a shower. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, heating, and a closet with shelving and hanging space.
The back courtyard is available to all tenants and is shared among the other buildings. During the summer, a gazebo with couches and ample seating is available, along with a natural gas grill for use and a space to connect with others. There is bicycle storage in the garage off the courtyard for bikes. During the summer months, we often BBQ and hang out in the courtyard, welcoming anyone who would like to join.
There is FREE laundry in the building. It is a large washer and dryer. Four units use the machines, so please be mindful of their use.
High-speed WiFi is FREE for tenant use, can obtain your own if you choose.
Window air conditioner available for use or bring your own.
Owner pays for water, sewer, trash, and snow removal. Free high-speed WiFi. Tenant is responsible for gas and electricity.
