"Love it, the diversity. It’s a lovely neighborhood that has a lot to offer. I’ve lived here before in 2021 and I loved it. "
  • Trulia User
"The fire shows they do across the street at the park are super cool, it’s a now trending thing, also the food and riverside just in general. All in walking distance "
  • Trulia User
"It all depends on the area. Some people pick up after their dogs but some don’t. It would just be nice to have more dog walking areas and dog stations. "
  • Amandalfaught
"Common club house for games, gym on site amazing pool close to gathering place park which is amazing etc...."
  • Moki2806
"Lived here for 2 years in an apartment. It has homeless in the area but they’re not threatening. Parks & sidewalks in the neighborhoods around, people walk dogs & pick up their poops. Don’t leave your doors unlocked- lots of car theft that way. Otherwise not too much crime. Bike trail close by, gathering place down the path. Good living."
  • Moki2806
"Doggie doodoo bags along river parks trail systems. Sidewalks & parks for dogs to play. Most people pick up their dogs poop. "
  • Landon C.
"friendly homeless people to say good morning to when walking the pups. especially when they're in the driveway"

"Great old homes with a sense of history. Quiet neighborhood. A great place to take a walk. Right across the street from Riverside Park. Near the Gathering Place. "
  • Patrickthompson71
"Nice area of town. If you live in an apartment with street parking you may be limited if there is a big event in Riverside Parks or the Gathering Place. Convenient to most anywhere in Tulsa. "
  • Thomas.guirkin
"Very safe area! People are very friendly and truly look out for each other. There is even a block party every June "
  • Thomas.guirkin
"Very safe for children. There are numerous parks and things to do. There is a yearly gathering as well which allows people to get to know each other. "
  • Sheila S.
"This is the most desired neighborhood in in uptown Tulsa. Everything is accessible by bike, public transportation, or within walking distance. The crime rate is 0-3%, the neighborhood is mature and rarely has re-sale turn over because of the location. "
