Conveniently located 15 minutes from the Woodway HEB, Hewitt, Lorena and I-35, this converted hay loft is in a solid, concrete block barn and perfect for the person in transition, on temporary job assignment in the Waco area or wanting a safe, quiet place to live. Due to a small septic system, the apartment can only accommodate one person. Weekend guests are welcome.

"I have lived here for the past 11 yrs. and absolutely love living here! The only reason I would consider selling is to move to Colorado, to be close to my family. Quiet neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Natural waterfall in creek behind house, along with man made waterfall that is pumped out of the creek and recirculated back into the creek. Great place to raise kids!"
