Lease available for 6 to 13 months, can go month to month after 6 months. If you'd like a lease for less than 6 months, that's negotiable. Owner may move in in July 2026.

Two parking spaces, one in garage and one in driveway. Parking allowed in garage but no storage allowed in garage.

Smoking allowed on the patio and front porch, but not indoors. This includes all things a person can smoke.

Cats allowed, birds, fish and reptiles are also ok. No dogs.
