Major systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) (Unless Misused)
Appliance repair/replacement (unless misused)

7. Smoking Policy
No smoking or vaping inside the home
Outdoors only, away from doors/windows
Any smoke damage is charged to tenant

8. Occupancy Limits

Guests may not stay longer than 10 days without written approval
