All stained concrete flooring throughout, and all interior brick walls have been sand blasted to expose the beautiful block and original beams. All previous additions were brought up to code and recognized by the city of phoenix and county assessor (hence the difference in previous listings). A psychedelic Joshua Tree themed mural including professionally built faux rock seating area for the fireplace room keeps the excitement going. Large laundry area and plenty of storage closets throughout round out this incredible mid century modern iconic home project.

Southwest Human Development makes its home here supporting early childhood for much of Maricopa County. There’s no shortage of businesses around here. This area borders the more well to do Arcadia and Biltmore neighborhoods as well as the more decidedly homeless and drugee scene that runs South of Thomas Rd. It’s a typical Phoenix neighborhood otherwise."
