About this House

Furnished Ahwatukee rental located in the secluded and gated subdivision of Miralago. This charming home features 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, a 2 car garage as well as a gated front courtyard, and a nice enclosed backyard. The kitchen has everything you need. This community has a lake, a pool (not heated) and a hot tub! FANTASTIC Location close to South Mountain hiking/biking trails, shopping, and Foothills marketplace dining! We have everything you need to make your Arizona stay comfortable.

There are 4 Televisions. Including a 55 inch Smart TV in Living Room, a 50 inch Smart TV in the upstairs social room and 2 regular TVs in each bedroom. The 2 Smart TVs and the regular TV in the lower bedroom are attached to our Outdoor Antenna picking up 60+ local stations. You can also log in to all your own streaming services on the Smart TVs. The 2 regular TVs are ready for your Firestick, Apple TV, Chromecast, etc.

It is available October - November. it is rented Dec 2026-April 2027.

30 day minimum lease is required. The listed rental rate is for off season. High season (January - April), the rate is higher. $1000 deposit. $350 cleaning fee. Water, trash, and internet included. Electric utility is paid up to $100 a month. Lessee is responsible for all amounts over $100. On street parking is only allowed during the day per the HOA. There are two spaces in the garage and additional in the driveway. No smoking. No open ended leases. Credit Check will be required. 1 small dog will be considered. No cats. Owner is highly allergic. A pet feel will apply.
