People are friendly, gated communities for most, close to just about everything you need, local and charter schools are close. Better a small home in this area than a larger home in the not so nice areas."

You do need a car if you want to get to any of these places as the main roads are way too wide to try and run a cross safely. A pedestrian bridge would help a lot. "
