People take good care of their property and the homes were well built and are roomy. The trees in the neighboorhood play an important part in making it such a beautiful place to live. And there is plenty of shopping and restaurants close by, much like an old fashioned neighborhood. We have a few spacious, gorgeous parks in addition to great schools within our neighboorhod so it is a great place to raise kids. I love our neighborhood. These homes are larger than most homes within the metro area. It must be a well kept secret because the prices are also very reasonable!"
