We are local owners and address issues immediately. Shopping center with Publix within about a mile. I-75 close by.

No smoking allowed inside the house. Application fee $50 per adult. $50 refundable fee for garage door opener.
No parking on the grass. Yard maintenance required. Must meet the pet. . Rental insurance not required but recommended. Large fenced yard.
Last renter is leaving washer and dryer. It works but if it stops working you have to supply your own. Will remove if you have your own.

I hardly seen any neighbors around. At night is been known with kids checking cars to see if they are open so they can steal ( no good) no major crime or any that I’m aware.
