    "As the title suggests, the main thing here at Tampa Bay Golf & Club House is that everyone seems very friendly...There is a strong sense of community without being overly interested. The homes vary in size and what they have to offer...picking up a resale is a good bet and can save that extra money. Looks like also, as I write this; we should be having more shops nearer to us here in a few years!! Good luck with your search. "

    "I live here. I am retired. I play golf occasionally, and find the club house very friendly and helpful. Nearly all the folk here are very friendly without living in each other's pockets...There used to be an active First Responders association but has closed. Most people are here to help anyway...Always keep up with your first aid!! All in all, a wonderful place to call home."

    "This entire street is beautiful with gorgeous well-kept homes in the rolling hills of a beautiful area. Large lake right down the street. Beautiful St. Leo college just down the street, excellent rated Mexican restaurant less than a mile away, unique shops. Hard to believe that this rolling topography is in Florida. It will remind you of the Smoky mtns. You will have the feeling that you are looking at mountain ranges. Gorgeous unique hard to find area right here in Florida!"

I met the neighbors and they are very nice...There is a small cattle/dairy ranch just behind the house - after all we are in Florida...Amazing floor plan - great value compared to the new homes where you could pay $80,000 more for the same sq footage;-) If we could afford to move I would snap this home up in a heart-beat."
