Welcome to our extended stay BnB! This Historic Fells Point home was lovingly rebuilt from the ground up. Literally once an empty shell, it is now a beautiful, serene living space for you to enjoy. Situated on South Wolfe Street, where hanging lights adorn the well-lit street, you will be free to explore all that Fells Point has to offer. Boasting a 96-walking score, you can walk down to the water, visit the best restaurants and bars Baltimore has to offer, or hang out in nearby Patterson Park.

The main floor features the living room, powder room, office desk, fully appointed kitchen with eat-in bar, dining table and chairs. Through the back door, you will find a spacious, private enclosed rear patio, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Take the widened staircase to the second and third floors to find a bedroom, full bathroom and bathtub on each floor. The full-size washer and dryer are located on the second floor, close to the staircase for easy access to the third floor as well.

Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis if you plan on travelling with your pet, please send an email with the breed and size of your furry baby. $200 non refundable pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent applies

- Please be sure to push the door completely shut while entering and leaving the house to ensure the smart lock engages. Keep the door locked at all times, coming and going. We are not responsible for stolen property.

- When leaving the rental, please be sure that all windows and doors are closed/locked to maintain security and prevent water damage.

- Smoking (of any kind) is not allowed inside the house. Smoking, however, is permitted in the backyard. If you smoke cigarettes, the cigarette butts must be sanitarily and securely disposed of and not thrown on the property grounds.

- No pets are allowed; unless approved by the landlord previoulsy. Visitors are prohibited to bring their pets on the property.

- Trash pick-up is on Wednesdays, please push your trash bin to the curb on Tuesday evening.

- Parking is free on our street, but be sure to check the street signs before you park. For example, there is a bus stop across the street in the corner from our house, please don't park there, or you will get a ticket.

- Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum as not to disturb the occupants of neighboring properties especially during night time hours 11 pm to 8 am. Excessive noise is prohibited and may result in the termination of the rental agreement and loss of rent paid.

- Guests are allowed a maximum 3 visitors at any time during their stay. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded, and visitors are complicit with these house rules.

- Any overnight visitors must be approved in advance.

- Parties and large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.

- Any small gatherings must comply with all rules regarding noise.

- All damages and breakages must be reported to us as soon as possible

- To avoid damages and breakages, no furniture is to be moved from one room to another without prior approval.

The owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy and evict from the rental any guests or visitors refusing to follow House Rules or causing any nuisances to the neighbors or other residents of the community.
