Newer home in small neighborhood. It is a corner lot with a detention area surrounding it, so no other houses behind or to one side. The neighborhood is small and very quiet with great neighbors. The house has all appliances, smart thermostat, smart lights, solar panels and includes a washer and dryer. Two car garage and tons of storage space. It is pet friendly and is equipped with a dog door to the back yard. There is a security system that has monitoring available ($59/mo) and solar panels that help to discount your electric bill monthly. An irrigation system is in place as well. There is a community pool you will have access to, a skate park and new walking paths. Schools are closely located. There is a new Starbucks and carwash right down the road. Have you been dreaming of having cows and corn fields as neighbors? Now is your chance for a little peace and quiet.

1 year terms. Tenant is responsible for utilities, internet, pest control (25/month) and the monitoring service for security (about 59 a month) There is a HOA fee annually of $240. This grants access to the community pool. No smoking in the home. No more than 2 pets are allowed with deposit. The tenant must maintain the plumbing, appliances, HVAC filter and yard. We have the system serviced 2x a year. The landscaping must be kept neat, and the tenant is responsible for replacing any plants/trees as required by HOA. HOA rules will be given to the tenant and they are responsible for any fines or violations. The home is equiped with solar panels that help reduce the monthly electric bill. Mailbox is a cluster mailbox located down the street. 2 keys will be provided. The driveway can fit two cars and there is a two-car garage. There is additional street parking as well. Tenant selection criteria and the grounds for which the rental application may be denied, including the applicant's:
(1)criminal history;
(2)previous rental history;
(3)current income;
(4)credit history; or
(5)failure to provide accurate or complete information on the application form.

    "I have worked and lived here since July 2007 the people are very nice and quite and clean and take pride in their homes and town homes/duplexes and apartments. It is growing all the time and more nice homes are being built. The water is good. The schools are great and parents are proud to be involved. It is a great area and great place to call home. Crime is very low because it is Williamson county and they don't up with crime here. Georgetown is 8 to 10 minutes from here and the toll road 130 will get you anywhere pretty quickly. The rents are very reasonable and you get a lot of space for your money. It is a nice place to call home! "
