Kitchen appliances include range, refrigerator, and garbage disposal. Tenant is responsible for electric, and water/sewer service, as well as yard care. Owner provides garbage service. Renter's insurance in the amount of at least $100,000 per occurrence is required for this property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

Please feel free to drive by and take a look at the property. We leave the blinds open and lights on, so you can go ahead and take a look in the windows. If you are interested in viewing the inside of the home, send us an email or give us a call at the office and we would be happy to let you know when this property will be available for you to check out a key.

Key check outs are available between the hours of 10:00AM and 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. We require a valid ID, and a $50.00 cash only deposit upon checkout. We do not provide change. Keys must be returned to the office at our reception desk prior to 5:00PM or the $50.00 will be forfeited and not returned. Please note that keys will not be accepted through the drop-box.

CONTRACT TERMS: Month-to-Month

PET TERMS: Two max, upon owner approval. An increased security deposit & monthly rent is required per pet. Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
