Amazing views of the Willamette river. Backyard shady trees. Nice manufactured home right on the Willamette river. Laminate flooring. Carport, storage sheds, mature landscaping. Please call Randy

The backyard is not fenced to the river side and the water is beautiful and swift. Open river is a hazard to small children and pets. Lovely views of the river as you relax in the backyard or view out the back master bedroom.

No smoking, small pet 10 pounds or less considered with $250 pet deposit per pet maximum 2 pets.

    "Gets busy but not horrible. Buses run pretty well. Some express buses. Fair amount of stops. Connects with Eugene easily. The rush hour is usually 30 minutes unless there is an accident or other delay. But, if possible, I would take the bus. The roads are getting busier as time goes on."

Lots of grass along the way for your dog to relieve himself. Most people are decent enough to clean it up. The path ends up over near a river and a new path that runs another direction along nature area with wildlife for your dog to bark at. "
