Convenient Central Phoenix location close to shopping, restaurants, neighborhood parks, public transportation, schools, Downtown Phoenix, the Biltmore area, and major employment centers. Easy access to SR-51, Loop 202, I-17, and I-10 provides convenient travel throughout Phoenix and the Valley.

No Application Fees! 12 Month Minimum Lease. Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent. See our criteria to rent for qualifications.

    "I lived in this house for 4 years and it was a dream. Loved everything about it. It’s a safe neighborhood with great people. The walls are so thick so it’s very quiet. I worried when I moved in that there would be homeless or people walking down the streets (I can from LA) and it never happened. I would sit on the front porch for hours with my dog and it was just the best. Whoever gets this home (and closet!!) will love it. "
