The sunsets are especially beautiful. There are water views of Bay and Mount Tam and sunsets from a large picture window.

The apartment is in Vallejo's Architectural Heritage District, surrounded by historic homes. This is a very walkable location. The historic downtown is 5 blocks away. You will find many restaurants, two breweries, a Saturday Farmer's Market and a once a month art walk. The ferry is eight blocks away with easy access to San Francisco.

This apartment has been fully remodeled, including new flooring, paint, fixtures, and windows, with an updated bathroom and kitchen. All bedrooms are spacious with large closets. There is an additional large closet in the living room. You will love this living space. Three people occupancy max.

Water and garbage are paid by the landlord. PG&E is paid by the tenant. NO SMOKING, No Laundry on site. There is one uncovered off-street parking space included. Additional street parking is easy to find.

Small pets may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet deposit.

Credit Report of 600 minimum is required.
Must have held a job for 6 months

My only issue with this area is there are quite a few drug dealers and users that will harass you if you take your dog to said field. Really the next option is going to Curtola (5 minute drive, 30 minute walk). So, hopefully you have a car so you can find a dog park that is a 20 minute drive away. "

You call the city, it takes three months to get the camp cleaned up then two weeks later, it’s back in full swing. The potholes on my street messed up my alignment in my car. They keep getting bigger and bigger. The school down the street is full of trash from the students and I’ve found discarded drug paraphernalia such as needles, drug baggies, and crack pipes. "
