"Halloween is amazing here tons of neighbors are out and about. Kids are walking the streets in costume and all houses have candy. Christmas lights on almost every house. Very holiday friendly neighborhoods. "

"We have a semi gated community and everyone is generally very nice. Some neighbors are stuck up about the “gated” aspect of the community but you’ll have those people anywhere."
